A wide array of advanced features set the SoffitFlow apart from conventional exhaust ventilation solutions. Thoughtfully engineered to deliver superior performance and lasting reliability, SoffitFlow integrates effortlessly into a variety of architectural finishes for better soffit venting.
The well-thought-out position of the 4-inch Diameter Collar is strategically placed towards the back of the SoffitFlow housing. Coupled with a precision-designed V-shaped Tapered Bottom Panel, the two components work together to harmoniously maximize the airflow and keep it moving in one direction.
A Weep Hole is positioned at the unit's V-shaped base for optimal drainage, removing any water accumulation that forms as a result of condensation.
The integrated gravity-assist Damper opens when airflow is present and closes in the absence of airflow to prevent outside air from entering the ductwork. Minimum bathroom fan exhaust requirements to open the damper is 50 CFM. Common bathroom fans on the market vary between 50-110 CFM.
It's important to note that SoffitFlow's Nose extends beyond the roofline fascia. This design expels the exhaust in an outward direction, helping prevent the deflection of moisture back into the attic space.
Engineered to keep wildlife out of the ductwork, the front Hinged Grill is removable, and opens easily to make cleaning and maintenance a breeze.
SoffitFlow's Durable Finish is easy to clean and is unaffected by most industrial chemicals. Its finish is resistant to strong oxidants, acid, alkaline salts and organic solvents.
SoffitFlow is made of durable High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Material, which stands up to prolonged sunlight exposure without becoming brittle. This UV resistance ensures that the material retains its strength and appearance over time, making it an ideal Weather Resistant choice for both residential and commercial applications.
